¶ Get Started
¶ Open the KALO package
Check the KALO garment steamer, quick-start guide, storage bag, heat-resistant ironing pad and user manual.
¶ Check before first use
Check that the product and included items match the package information for your version. If an item is missing, contact support.
¶ Set up KALO for the first time
No assembly is required. Fill the water tank, connect power and follow the quick-start guide.
¶ Using KALO
¶ Choose Low, High, or Dry mode
Press M to select Low, High, or Dry. Follow the care label on your garment and the approved fabric instructions for KALO.
¶ Steam different fabrics
Keep the steamer moving and test on an inconspicuous area first. Follow the garment care label.
¶ Use KALO safely
Do not overfill the tank, keep the steamer upright, and keep children and pets away during use.
¶ Cleaning & Maintenance
¶ Clean the water tank
Empty the tank after use. Rinse and dry according to the manual.
¶ Remove mineral buildup
Use the recommended descaling method. Do not use harsh cleaners or abrasive tools.
¶ Store the accessories
Let all parts cool and dry completely before storing.
¶ Packing & Storage
¶ Pack KALO for a short trip
Use the storage bag and make sure the unit is cool and dry before packing.
¶ Store KALO long-term
Empty the water tank, coil the cord and store the product in a dry place.
¶ Troubleshooting
¶ If the lights keep flashing
Check the water level, selected mode and connections. If the issue continues, contact support.
¶ If steam is weak
Check the water level, mineral buildup and mode setting. Clean or descale as needed.
